1. Can I walk in or do I need to book an appointment?
You can walk in anytime at any of our salons across NSW and QLD. Prefer planning ahead? You can also book your appointment online through our website.
2. Are your services suitable for men and women?
Yes! Angel Brows welcomes everyone men, women, and all gender identities. We offer a wide range of services including threading, waxing, tinting, facials, brow lamination, hybrid brows, Henna Spa, and piercings. While some treatments like brow lamination and lash lifts are more popular with women, every service is tailored to suit your needs.
3. How long does each treatment take and how often should I come back?
- Threading & Waxing: 5–15 mins | Every 2–4 weeks.
- Tinting & Henna Spa: 15–30 mins | Lasts 2–6 weeks.
- Lash Lift / Perming: 45–60 mins | Lasts 6–8 weeks.
- Brow Lamination: 45–60 mins | Lasts 4–6 weeks.
- Facials: 30–60 mins | Monthly or as needed.
4. Which brow service is right for me?
If you want colour: choose tint or henna spa. If you want fuller shape: go with brow lamination. For ultimate hold and definition: combine lamination + tint or shaping.
5. How should I care for my brows and lashes after treatment?
Avoid water, steam, and oils for 24 hours. Gently brush brows daily and follow aftercare tips from your technician.
6. What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
We use gentle, professional-grade products, but patch testing is recommended before tint, henna spa, or lamination. Let us know any sensitivities before your appointment.
7. Do you offer beauty services for special occasions?
Yes! We provide in-store beauty services to help you get event-ready for weddings, festivals, and special occasions. Our most popular treatments include facials, threading, waxing, henna spa, lash lifts, brow lamination, hybrid brows, and tinting. Walk-ins are welcome or you can book ahead online.
8. Where are your locations?
We operate salons across NSW and QLD. Visit us in Carlingford, Randwick, Zetland, Campbelltown (Macarthur Square), Rouse Hill (NSW) and Morayfield, Browns Plains, Capalaba, Cairns City, Earlville, Smithfield (QLD).
9. Do you offer aftercare or beauty products?
Yes! We stock a curated range of products available for purchase in-store, including eyebrow powders, 3D fiber lash mascara, brow and lash rejuvenators, makeup brushes, Skinstitut skincare products, piercing aftercare swabs, and hypoallergenic jewellery. Ask your technician for personalised recommendations based on your treatment or beauty needs.
